I'm taking part in the BIG CHILL CHALLENGE for Heart Children this February.

Heart Children is the nationwide charity that supports children born with congenital heart disease (CHD). One in 100 babies born will have CHD. On average there are between 500 - 600 babies born in Ireland each year with CHD.

Heart Children provide supports to children with CHD and their families. Some of the supports included are; Psychology Services, Hardship Funds for families in hospital with a sick child, Play Therapy for children, Blue Ribbon Fund for children on the transplant journey and Psychoeducation for parents and guardians.
