On Saturday 2nd September we are inviting you to join us in Croke Park for our annual fundraising Abseil .

This unique challenge will provide you with the opportunity to walk across the roof of the stadium and drop 120ft to the Hogan stand below while raising funds for Heart Children.

It takes less than two hours from start to finish and makes a great team-building experience for family, friends or colleagues.

We are asking you to raise a minimum of €350 - a booking deposit of €50 and a further €300 nearer the date.

Please note the following:

  • A weight restriction of 120kg/18st 12lbs applies.
  • Consult your GP in advance if you have had recent surgery, back problems, recent fractures or any medical concerns.
  • Those with reduced mobility needs should consult HCI in advance.

Funds raised will be going to our children's Play Therapy Fund. Play therapy provides invaluable support to children born with congenital heart disease. It offers a safe and nurturing environment for emotional expression, skill-building, improved communication, and empowerment. By incorporating play therapy into the holistic care of children with congenital heart disease, we can help promote their emotional well-being, resilience, and overall quality of life.
